Well, the new year has arrived and for a few of us winter looks like the picture above. I haven't seen very much of the fluffy white stuff yet this year. (Hope I didn't just jinx myself!) But in Ohio, you just never know what the weather is going to be like.

For all you new comers, that liked my Facebook page during the New Year, New Author Blog Hop tour...Welcome and Thank You so much. I can hardly believe I have almost 500 likes now.

The Winter Newsletter will be coming your way in late February with updates on the rewrite and added to re-release of Island Paradise (was originally released as His Island Paradise in the Hot Summer Nights Anthology Book 1), a new series based off my short story in Wayward Ink Press's Men in Union Anthology, "The Pinkerton Man" and of course where we are with Crashing Waves. I am hoping that rewrites and edits will be starting on that very soon.

Also in 2016, I'm going to be attending several book events around the country and I hope to see some of you there. Stay turned to the blog to see what's coming and where I'll be. I have two VIP passes for the Glass City Author Event on October 8, 2016. This is going to be a huge event. I'll be having a contest later in the year for you to have a chance to win those tickets! Yeah!

A few days ago, I was following a link on a Facebook post that asked the question, "Are you ashamed of what you read?"

Wow! There were many replies to this question and it started a great discussion about how we approach the question when someone asks what are you reading or what do you write? I'm working on an article for another newsletter about that subject. I'll let you know where you can read it when it is available.

In the meantime, how would you answer that question. Leave me a comment and tell me what you think.

See you soon,
CJ
